I just thought I’d give this a try. Here goes this morning’s NBA pointspread with my picks:

1. Cleveland @ Charlotte (+8.5): Cleveland, no way I’m picking Charlotte over the Cavs on any given day.
2. New Jersey (+2.5) @ Philadelphia: New Jersey, everyone’s expecting another monster performance from Devin Harris and Elton Brand’s probably not going to be there to see it.
3. Oklahoma City (+11) @ Miami: Miami, since the Thunder sucks.
4. LA Clippers (+2) @ Minnesota: LA Clippers, because I have Al Thornton on my NBA Live roster.
5. Memphis (+14.5) @ New Orleans: New Orleans, I’m also predicting Marc Gasol will give the ball away to the Hornets at least 20 times
6. Golden State (+12) @ San Antonio: San Antonio, just because the Warriors lost to Houston big time (112-131) yesterday.
7. Atlanta (+7.5) @ Dallas: Dallas, home court advantage coupled with the fact that Atlanta just had a game against the New York Knicks yesterday and won by only 3 points makes it easier to choose one team over the other.
8. Washington (+8.5) @ Chicago: Chicago, see Atlanta (+7.5) @ Dallas.

And just for kicks, I’m for Pacquiao in 9-11 rounds.
