Century Bangus Fillet Bloggers’ Lunch.
Sunday, January 24, 2010 22:23To end things with a bang, that was the objective, and I think we did well when we finally ended the Century Bangus Fillet blog contest (which ran late last year) with a thanksgiving lunch with the bloggers who joined. As with any blog event we become part of, it was very nice to see in person the personalities behind the blogs we read. And as with any contest that runs on our network, I was drooling like a waterfall at the prizes Century gave away: one Apple iPhone 3GS for each of the five winners.
I’ll remember the event for three main things: the games, the awarding of prizes, and the great food.

For one of the games, teams of bloggers were pitted against each other in trying to come up with the best salad mix, Iron Chef style.

Winners of the blog contest: on the mic is Jonnie Anzures, and behind him (left to right): Cez Golez, Richard Paglicawan, and Mai Velasquez.
The food was really special: I loved the Century Baked Bangus with Creamy Saffron Gratin. I wonder: where could I find something like it again?
More Nuffnang events to come soon! If you’re a blogger and you’re still not part of the network, I don’t know what you’re doing but I do know you’re missing out!

Hey Judd. I liked the tocino, and couldn’t believe at first that it was fish. Heh heh.
