After trampling over my Detroit Pistons, they’re now playing men against boys with the Atlanta Hawks. And the boys, as been said, look like they need their mommies.

LeBron James and the rest of the Cleveland Cavaliers are well on their way to the Eastern Conference finals. Sorry, Atlanta fans, but you’re overmatched. Big-time. In the conference finals, the Cavs will be facing either the Magic or the Celtics. It’s going to be a harder battle for LeBron’s squad, but they still have the advantage.

They may very well be on their way towards the NBA Championship, who knows? Maybe 2010 isn’t going to be all that exciting. A championship can easily lock a player up with his team with a contract extension. Dwyane Wade’s getting an extension offer; it’d be a huge surprise if LeBron doesn’t.

I’m finding it hard to imagine Mr. MVP doing his pregame chalk-toss ritual anywhere else, in a different uniform. And there’s a good chance you won’t see that happening, ever.
